DESCRIPTION

[Val5]-Angiotensin II is an eight-residue Angiotensin II analog in which Ile5 is replaced by valine. Its sequence, Asp-Arg-Val-Tyr-Val-His-Pro-Phe (DRVYVHPF), differs from human Angiotensin II by a single conservative residue substitution.
