DESCRIPTION

gp100 (178–186) is a 9-amino-acid PMEL-derived peptide with the sequence MLGTHTMEV. It has been characterized as an HLA-A2-associated gp100 epitope and studied in peptide-pulsed dendritic-cell systems for the generation and analysis of melanoma-reactive cytotoxic T-cell responses.
