DESCRIPTION

gp100 (177–186) is a 10-amino-acid peptide derived from human PMEL/gp100 with the sequence AMLGTHTMEV. It is an HLA-A2-associated melanoma differentiation antigen epitope that has been studied in cytotoxic T-cell responses and peptide-based antigen-presentation systems.
