DESCRIPTION

Ac-YVAD-AMC is a fluorogenic tetrapeptide substrate widely used in caspase-1 research. It contains the Tyr-Val-Ala-Asp recognition sequence linked to AMC for fluorescence-based measurement of proteolytic activity.
