Full-Length NKA Backbone Retained

Unlike NKA (4-10), which removes the first three endogenous residues, [Tyr0]-NKA preserves His-Lys-Thr-Asp-Ser-Phe-Val-Gly-Leu-Met-NH₂ in full and adds Tyr before His1.

This allows studies to retain the native NKA sequence while introducing an additional chemically accessible N-terminal side chain.

Useful for NKA Probe Development
